We liked the location and neat appearance of the hotel. 70 percent of the staff are pleasant and polite. There were also not very pleasant conversations with the staff, but this is a feeling not only from the hotel, but also from the whole of Italy. It's as if we owe them something and don't pay it back. The restaurant is good, but be careful, almost all the dishes have black truffle.

My partner, myself and our 6 month old needed somewhere to stay before travelling to Tuscany. We were very impressed with the hotel and would stay again. Staff were very welcoming on arrival. It was first time travelling with a child and they made it very easy. They had a cot prepared. The room was clean, tidy, well presented, modern and functional. We ate in the restaurant in the evening. Food and wine was exceptional. Breakfast was perfect. Continental with hot and cold options and a freshly squeezed OJ machine! Parking was right outside the hotel and was free and felt secure. Wasn't noisey at all despite being near airport.

Absolutely perfect for business people. Great staff and the teams in the restaurant and the reception were very services minded. The food was good. Close to the airport approx. 10 min by car.

Had a good welcome by staff, very accomodating, supporting my early check in. Terrific room, light setting all clean, free toiletries and pretty much everything to rate 4*, nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Very efficient taxi service arranged by hotel Good location, just 20mins bus ride and few mins walk from Pisa Centrale train station and 10mins to airport, just great for a one day stay Just gutted that it rained and I couldn't use the garden bar

The hotel was magnificent. It has great rooms, free parking, which is important for me, as we arrived by rented car. The staff was helpful and nice. It has a gourme restaurant. Nearby is also a very popular pizzeria ristorante La Vecchia Cascina where we had a wonderful family dinner. My mother who had her birthday also was very delighted with our stay in Pisa at San Ranieri Hotel.

For me, the location is important as it is near a hospital I regularly have to visit. The breakfast excellent and the restaurant exceptional. The icing on the cake are the staff whether at the front desk or in the restaurant. Incredible team. I have used this hotel more than 200 times. I need not say more

Our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until after midnight but reception was manned and welcoming when we arrived. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had two triple rooms and they were clean and well maintained. We had hired a minibus and I was pleased to find that there were three parking areas (two were free and one underground which had a small fee) and I was able to get the vehicle parked fine. The hotel has a definite style which is quite powerful and not necessarily to everyone's taste - quite an industrial feel to it. Don't expect "cosy"!

Wow, what a place to stay, from the unusual looking outside of the building to the glass lifts to the space age corridors to the space age rooms, all excellent. The breakfast selection was awesome.mmmm cherry pie. A great selection of cheese and cold meats as well.

Good staff, helpful & friendly- both at reception and restaurant. Comfortable rooms, cleaned everyday.
